Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed at Mirthwick, operated by LONGELEPHANT INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED.

Processing and delivery

Our garden pieces are made to order. We prepare the order, hand it to a carrier and email tracking details after dispatch. Delivery estimates shown at checkout, if available, depend on the destination and carrier. Customs checks and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Shipping rate

Standard shipping costs a flat US $5.99 per order to every destination available at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide except to: Botswana, Cape Verde, Madagascar, Malawi, Mayotte, Somalia, Sudan, Bhutan, Brunei, China, Macau SAR China, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Yemen, Kosovo, Antigua & Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, Greenland, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Honduras, Jamaica, Martinique, Montserrat, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Martin, Trinidad & Tobago, Nauru, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Brazil and Venezuela. Checkout availability controls whether we can accept an order for an address.

Tracking and addresses

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. Check your address at checkout and contact info@mirthwick.com promptly if you spot an error. Once a parcel is with the carrier, a redirect may not be possible.

Customs and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Import duties, VAT, GST and other destination charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, email info@mirthwick.com with your order number. For damage, include photographs of the product and packaging. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate under our return policy.
