These terms govern use of the Mirthwick online store and orders placed with us. Mirthwick is operated by LONGELEPHANT INTERNATIONAL TRADE LIMITED, a company in Hong Kong. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

We describe products, materials, set contents and approximate dimensions as accurately as we can. Natural teak grain, hand-finished details and screen colour may vary. Contact us before ordering if a particular measurement or detail is essential to you. We may change or discontinue products.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout; destination taxes and import duties may be charged separately. The price shown when you place your order applies. We may cancel an order before dispatch if we cannot fulfil it, if a material listing or pricing error occurred, or if payment cannot be verified. We will refund any payment received for a cancelled order.

Payment

Payment is collected through Shopify checkout and its payment providers. We do not receive your full card number.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds and form part of these terms.

Use of the site

Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or introduce harmful code. Our original store photographs, text and site layout may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party links are outside our control.

Liability and consumer rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or an order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
