Currency and charges

Product prices are displayed in US dollars. Standard shipping is US $5.99 per order to destinations available at checkout. Destination taxes, import duty, customs handling fees or card-provider currency conversion charges may be additional. The checkout flow shows the amount we charge for the order before you confirm payment.

Payment methods

The payment methods available to you, and the payment service provider handling the transaction, are displayed at checkout. Options can vary by destination. Use only those presented in the checkout flow; we do not take card numbers by email or through the contact form.

Checkout security

The storefront and checkout use encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment details are entered in the checkout flow and processed by the provider identified there. Review that provider's own terms and privacy information for its handling of payment details. We receive the information needed to identify and fulfil a paid order.

Order confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive a confirmation email at the address supplied during checkout. We send another message with tracking after dispatch. If a message is missing, check your spam folder and contact info@mirthwick.com with your name and approximate order time, without sending card details.

Failed or unexpected payments

If a payment is declined, check the details entered and contact your card issuer or payment provider. If you see an unexpected charge, email us with the order number, date and amount so we can investigate. Do not send your full card number or security code.

Returns and refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method, and your bank or provider controls when the credit appears. Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, return steps and timing.
